On December 11th, 2013, Redditor pasteeater6669 posted about the Tumblr post in the /r/FanTheories subreddit. Within five years, the post (shown below) received more than 750,000 notes. On June 23rd, 2013, Tumblr user gosimpsonic posted screenshots from The Simpsons episode.
